That's why we've been tweaking our vegan hot chocolate recipe to make it as easy as possible... and also super delicious.

Here's how to create your very own epic vegan hot chocolate:

1 cup oat or coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp melted semi-sweet chocolate chips
1-2 tbsp raw sugar (depending on sweet tooth)
A little cinnamon

Throw everything in a pot and blend with an egg beater or milk frother. Turn the heat to medium and whisk for 3-4 minutes, until mixture is creamy but not thick.
